1. Order Processing & Shipping Fees
Processing Time
Orders generally require 2–5 business days for order confirmation, packaging, and quality inspection before shipment.
During busy seasons or promotional periods, processing times may extend up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee
A flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order applies to all deliveries within our supported shipping regions, regardless of destination.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
• United States: 10–20 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–20 business days
• Other International Destinations: 14–20 business days
Please note that these delivery windows are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carrier workloads, customs procedures, and local postal services.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number and delivery details.
Please keep in mind:
• Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after shipment
• Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean the package is lost
4. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
• Shipments may be delivered under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or local fees
• Kyxevra™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance processes
Import fees for furniture items may vary depending on the destination country.
5. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely shipment.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at:

Once an order has entered processing, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items
If your furniture arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
After reviewing the information, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement if necessary.
Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms that your package has been lost in transit, we will send a replacement after verification.
